(The Cardinal Nation Show) -- Good Thursday Cardinal Nation!  In just a week, the staff of The Cardinal Nation Show will be heading down to Jupiter to begin principal shooting for the upcoming season of shows, as well as begin our coverage of spring training.  In addition, we're planning to offer an abundant amount of digital coverage, starting each morning as camp breaks.

We plan to offer up for your consumption, plenty of video of players in training, interviews as we get them, as well as fans giving their hometown team a shout-out from the stands.  We also hope to introduce a digital show version of this blog, called, you guessed it, "The Chirp," which will feature either insight and commentary from players, management, other sports media personalities.

We recently posted on our facebook page asking you what you as fans would like us to cover.  Patty Wood wrote: "I would like to hear some of the stories Lance Berkmanshares during the "stretching" part of the day.( he tells some funny stories)."  Well, thanks Patty, that's the kind of angles we're looking to hear about.  I've got it down as a question for Lance sometime this Spring.  If anyone else has something they'd like us to ask, please post on our facebook page or tweet us @CardsNationShow.

Now to the latest news from Cardinal Nation.

The St. Louis Cardinals are currently accepting registrations online to purchase Cubs and Opening Day Flex Packs. The Cubs Flex Packs feature tickets to any Cubs game excluding Opening Day, plus a minimum of two more games.

The Opening Day Flex Packs feature Opening Day tickets, plus a minimum of any two more games in the 2012 season. Each pack will feature a maximum purchase of eight tickets per game and seat locations will be sold on a first-come basis.

Registration is open through Thursday, February 16.
