St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - Some of the city's largest home builders are partnering to help consumers achieve their own American dream through homeownership.
The Neighborhoods Built By Your Neighbors Program is a fund created by local unions to provide cash to homebuyers to cover closing costs.
The certificates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and range between $2,000 and $10,000, based upon the sales price of the home.
The program is exclusive to St. Louis Union Homebuilding Partnership members: Bridgewater Communities, Centex Homes, Consort Homes, Fischer & Frichtel, McBride & Son Homes, McKelvey Homes, Payne Family Homes and Pulte Homes.
