This 15-year-old is a real natural with animals.  Brandon's favorites are the reptiles, especially snakes. He is very calm and comfortable around them.  But this fun-loving young man also likes to play with the puppies. 

Brandon wants to work with animals when he grows up.  "He just has a real intiution about the animals and they seem to be very comfortable with Brandon as well," says Jeff Hartmann, Petland owner.

Brandon also has a really cute sense of humor. He sees life from a different perspective.  "He's very smart and actually has a fantastic sense of humor as well.  Brandon was cracking jokes the whole time," Hartmann shares.

This teenager has lived in foster care since he was just 5-years-old.  That's  along time to live without a permanent, loving family.  But he continues to have a positive attitude.

Brandon also has a little wish. He would like a remote controlled boat.
