St. Louis (KSDK) -- Colton is a five month old shepherd/rottie mix puppy that was turned in to animal control as a stray.

Colton is in need of a home now before his 'puppy window' closes and people overlook him for younger pups.

He is working on housebreaking and leash walking in his foster home & is microchipped, up to date on puppy shots and neutered.

Colton is a sweet & happy little guy who is hoping that today might be his lucky day!
