Three public school workers -- two teachers and one in an administration post -- are Maryland's big winners of the MegaMilion lottery and will split more than $105 million after taxes, WBAL reports.
The two women and one man, who have asked to remain anonymous, pooled their money and bought the tickets at three locations, WBAL reports.
"They were modest, and humbled," says Maryland Lottery director Stephen Martino. "These are precisely the people you would want to see win the lottery."
The Maryland ticket was one of three winners of the last month's $560 million jackpot.
A Kansas winner has also asked to remain anonymous, while the winning ticket holder in Illinois has yet to come forward.
