St. Louis (KSDK) - St. Louisans are expected to get more opportunities to give their input on the Gateway Arch makeover as plans move along.
On Tuesday, the Missouri Department of Transportation held an open house at City Hall to share the plans.
Designers of the new Arch grounds want to cover the depressed section of Interstate 70 with a park.
The plan calls for closing a stretch of Memorial Drive.
Two alternatives plans were also presented.
