  • St. Louis (KSDK) - The Missouri Supreme Court has cleared the way for the execution of the oldest man on Missouri's death row.

Kenneth Baumruk was convicted and sentenced to die for the 1992 shooting rampage at the St. Louis County Courthouse that left his estranged wife dead and four others injured.

Today, the high court refused to overturn his conviction.

It's not clear if the Missouri Attorney General's office will seek an execution date.

    Baumruk is 73-years-old.
