St. Louis (KSDK)-- Flash flooding caused problems for drivers across the St. Louis area Saturday night.
High water caused a major traffic jam on Interstate 55 near Arsenal Street.
Emergency crews were nearly up to their waists in water trying to help clear the roadway. The water has receded and traffic is moving again.
