CHICAGO (AP) - Testimony continues in the trial of the man accused of killing members of actress Jennifer Hudson's family.
Chicago Police forensic investigator Raymond Jaster testified Monday that 7-year-old Julian King was found on the rear seat floor of his uncle's stolen SUV. His body was discovered three days after his grandmother and uncle's bodies were discovered at their Englewood home.
Jaster says Julian's body was draped in a shower curtain. A spent shell casing was found on the rear seat. Other investigators testified the gun used in the killing was found about a block from the SUV.
William Balfour has pleaded not guilty in the 2008 killings.
Also on Monday, Cook County Judge Charles Burns released the 911 recording of the call Hudson's sister made moments after finding their mother's body.
