CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (AP) - Two men are dead after an apparent murder-suicide in Cape Girardeau.
Officers were called to a home in the southeast Missouri town at around 3 a.m. Friday and found two men lying in the driveway, both dead from gunshot wounds. A pistol was near one of the men. Their names have not been released.
Police say the deaths were apparently the result of murder-suicide but an investigation continues.
