Prosecutors will decide over the next few days whether to charge the driver of a car with shooting a motorcyclist.
It all started Saturday afternoon on I-70 westbound in O'Fallon, Missouri, between Highway "K" and Bryan Road.
Police say a husband and wife were riding motorcycles along I-70 in St. Charles County when they were cut off by a 65-year old man.
All three ended up at a red light on Bryan Road.
That's when the driver of the vehicle allegedly fired a 380 caliber semi-automatic pistol at the man on the motorcycle, hitting his shoulder.
The driver of the car left the scene, but later turned himself in.
