St. Louis, MO (KSDK) -- St. Louis City crews will close the Grand Boulevard exit off I-64 eastbound on Wednesday, MoDOT says.

Construction crews will close the exit beginning at 9 a.m. This is in effort to remove and replace pavement on Grand Boulevard.

Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route to avoid traffic delays.

MoDOT says all lanes will re-open by 6 p.m. Wednesday.
