St. Louis (KSDK) - The battle over where to put the homeless is heading to court.
Homeless advocates are suing the City of St. Louis over the decision to shut down Integrity Village.
The so-called tent city was set up at Interstate 44 and Vandeventer after city leaders leveled several other encampments near downtown.
Several people were arrested when they refused to leave integrity village last month.
The suit alleges the city's actions were illegal.
