St. Louis (KSDK) - The Grand Boulevard bridge over railroad tracks south of Interstate 64 will not reopen until July 14.
The bridge was torn down and rebuilt in order to become more stable during an earthquake, and to alleviate traffic in the area.
The project began in March 2011 and was scheduled to open in May 2012.
