St. Louis, MO (KSDK) -- One of St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay's brothers was arrested over the weekend, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Around 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, 48-year-old Leo Slay was arrested outside River City Casino and charged for drug possession while on probation and parole.
Highway Patrol arrested Slay after receiving reports of hit-and-run collisions in the casino parking lot.
Slay was charged last May for misdemeanor use of drug paraphernalia. He pleaded not guilty to that charge last week.
He is being held in St. Louis County Jail without bond.
Leo is one of Mayor Slay's five brothers.
