Chicago (WGN) -- Chicago's triple digit temperatures is causing pavement problems.

As you can see, the heat transformed part of Columbus Drive into a virtual ramp.

The incident didn't cause any injuries, but officials have closed part of the street so crews can fix the problem.

The road will remain closed during the Taste of Chicago festival that begins on July 11.
