St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - Police are searching for evidence after a burglar broke into a south St. Louis neighborhood market by cutting a hole through the roof of the building in the 3300 block of Arsenal Street early Wednesday.
Investigators located the crime just after 5:00 a.m. and began their investigation. The burglar responsible for the crime was already gone and no arrests have been made according to police.
An inventory of merchandise will need to be done to determine what was taken in the break-in.
The small market is located at the corner of Arsenal and Virginia and sells a variety of items, including sundries, lottery tickets, and cell phones.
