St. Louis County (KSDK) - UPDATE: Emergency crews have cleared the multi-vehicle crash on NB I-270 at Ladue Rd. All lanes are open, but traffic is heavy.
Right now all but one lane of NB I-270 at Ladue are blocked due to a multi-vehicle crash.
Emergency crews have one lane open, but traffic is moving very slowly. The picture is a still picture from the MODOT traffic cam.
