St. Louis, MO (KSDK)- Repair crews are working to resolve a water main break in south St. Louis this morning.
The broken main is on Walsh Street just west of Louisiana Avenue and for a time, flooded the intersection overnight. The problem was described as an underground 12-inch main.
No reports of any service interuptions caused by the main being broken, although water pressure levels could fluctuate while the main is being repaired.
No immediate word on what caused the break or time estimate on the repairs that need to be done.
Walsh is completely blocked to through traffic between Louisiana and Tennessee.
