Florissant, MO (KSDK) - A former Marshalls employee is accused of using the store's layaway plan to steal from customers.
Police say 21-year-old Shaquita Miller would cancel customer layaways without their permission, then issue a cash refund and keep the money.
Miller reportedly stole more than $1,000 over a four month period.
She's charged with a felony.
