Webster Groves, MO (KSDK) - The westbound Interstate 44 ramp at Elm Avenue in Webster Groves will shut down Monday morning.

For the next six weeks, crews will be working to repair a retaining wall next to the ramp that has deteriorated.

The closure could cause quite a headache for the approximately 8,600 drivers that use the ramp each day.

Those who need to get onto westbound I-44 can access the highway at Big Bend Boulevard or Watson Road.

Work should be finished in mid September.
