St. Louis (KSDK) - Officials with St. Louis-area business Cat-5.commerce confirm they provided Aurora, Colorado theater shooting suspect James Holmes with some of the gear used in the deadly rampage through online retailer TacticalGear.com.

Saturday, TacticalGear.com CEO Chad Weinman released a statement to NewsChannel 5:

"Everyone at TacticalGear.com is shocked and appalled that the alleged shooter purchased tactical gear from us for use in this horrific attack. We process thousands of orders a day which include this type of equipment. We primarily serve members of the armed services and law enforcement professionals. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families."

Weinman also provided a copy of the suspected shooter's order for the items. Holmes ordered an assault vest, a triple pistol mag, a mag pouch and a knife.  He spent over $300 on the items.

Cat-5.commerce is located on Edison Road in Chesterfield.
