Destine Kelley, Dakota Ivanoff, Timothy Hogg, Kyle Schoelhamer charged in car clouting incidents

St. Peters, MO (KSDK) - Four teens have been arrested for roles in a car clouting incidents.

St. Peters police say they received information Wednesday about the involvement of Destine Kelley, Dakota Ivanoff, Timothy Hogg, and Kyle Schoelhamer in stealing from vehicles.

An investigation determined 18-year-old Kelley entered an unlocked vehicle and stole various items including a handgun July 18.

Police say 18-year-old Schoelhamer then received the stolen gun and kept it at a home in O'Fallon, Missouri. The gun, along with other items, was recovered by police.

Schoelhamer and 17-year-old Hogg were arrested July 2 for breaking into vehicles and receiving stolen property.

Schoelhamer is currently on a two year suspended imposition of sentence probation for another stealing charge. It began in June 2012. He also has two other criminal cases for thefts pending in state courts. He has been charged with receiving stolen property for this incident.

Ivanoff, 19, also began a two year suspended imposition of sentence probation in May 2012 for stealing, trespassing and receiving stolen property. He has been charged with receiving stolen property for this incident.

Kelley has been charged with stealing over $500.

Hogg has been charged with receiving stolen property and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Bond for each is set at $2,000.
