Knoxville, TN (WATE/CNN) - Seven people, including two children, were found riding in the back of a U-Haul trailer in Tennessee Thursday.
Police in Knoxville say they pulled over the truck and found a 6-year-old girl, 9-year-old boy and five adults sitting in the unventilated trailer packed with furniture.
Police were tipped off by a 911 call saying the kids were beaten and put in the back of the U-Haul.
The children's parents were in another car; they were also stopped by officers.
The parents along with the driver of the truck now face endangerment charges.
Police say the people gave varying stories.
They all say they were in the process of moving from Ohio to Florida.
