St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - The brother of St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay has pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia charges connected to his arrest in May.
48 year old Leo Slay of the Lemay area in south St. Louis County entered his plea before Judge Dennis Schaumann and was sentenced to thirty days in jail.
Slay however, remains in custody due to a violation of his probation guidelines.
