Clayton, MO (KSDK) - An Affton man already accused of repeatedly sodomizing a young child nearly 25 years ago, has now been indicted by the St. Louis County Grand Jury on all counts.
Andrew Ford, 83, is facing a lengthy prison term if convicted on all of the five counts of sodomy involving a victim who was between five and nine years of age when the crimes occurred between September 1987 and 1991.
Police investigators say the victim was a child Ford's wife was babysitting for at the time of the offenses.
Authorities say Ford is a registered sex offender following convictions of similar sex related crimes over the past 20 years.
