Hazelwood, MO (KSDK) - A motorist was killed late Monday after a crash in Hazelwood.
Police say a single vehicle accident was reported just before midnight in the 5800 block of North Lindbergh. When officers arrived, the vehicle involved was engulfed in fire.
Firefighters also repsonded and put the fire out. Police then located the sole occupant of the vehicle inside the wreckage, already deceased.
No name has been released on the victim and the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation by Hazelwood Police.
