St. Louis (KSDK) - By now you may have heard that Missouri is one of the most obese states in the country.
In the new rankings released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Missouri comes in at number 12, with at least 30 percent of adults considered obese.
Weight loss coach Charles D'Angleo joined First @ 4 to talk about the ranking, and how people should measure their weight loss progress.
