Atlanta (CNN) - The child custody battle between the singer Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster enters another day in an Atlanta courtroom.
Usher is seeking full custody of his two children, 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old Naviyd.
The singer claims his ex-wife Tameka Foster has anger management issues.
Foster is suing for joint custody. She reportedly also wants an increase in child support from the singer.
In court, Foster was questioned about the children, and her run-ins with the law as a single mother more than 20 years ago.
"Yes, I stole things. Please, I stole diapers before. I've gone in 7-11 and stolen diapers out of the store. I admit it. I was 19-years-old. I'm not proud of it. I wouldn't do it now," said Foster.
Foster's 11-year-old son, Kile Glover, recently died following a boating accident on Lake Lanier.
Glover was Usher's stepson.
Usher and Foster divorced in 2009.
