Highland, IL (KSDK) - There are reports in Highland, Illinois that the storm knocked signs down, blew in the door at a Walgreens, and a tree that fell on a porch on Pine Street.
On Highway 143 the storm ripped up a Hardee's sign and blew it across the street to a car lot.
Shortly after the storm passed through residents were starting the clean up.
The storm snapped two trees in Mike Tebbe's front lawn, making him a prisoner in his own home.

"Some of it was laying up there the city came over and cut it a little bit and pulled it out of the way and im trying to cut a hole through my driveway I can get out tomorrow," says Tebbe.
He tells us the trees will all be gone in the morning, his mailbox on the other hand, well, it may have seen its last postman.
On the other side of town the clean up will take more than a few hours and a pickup from the city.
"My daughter called me up and says you need to get out to the front, we've got a disaster," says Dennis "Zip" Zobrist, whose front yard now looks more like a forest
The tree, at least 50 years old, is now just a pain. Zobrist says his front porch is leaking, his gutters have been ripped off and not to mention their "room with a view" is no more.
"Me and my wife would sit out here every morning at 6 in the morning and drink our coffee and watching people go to work and it's not going to happen," says Zobrist.
Highland residents say the storm blew through in about 15 minutes and thankfully police say there were no injuries.
