Detroit (WXYZ/CNN) - A Detroit toddler is safe after being abandoned at a bus stop.
Witnesses say the child's father was with her and just walked away leaving the baby.
The toddler was found dirty and hungry.
A passerby took the child to a nearby church and administrators contacted the authorities.
Now, investigators are trying to locate the girl's parents.
