Santa Claus awaits "Santa Paws" ruling
St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - Santa Claus has come to town; not to hand out presents, but to protest.
On Wednesday, a federal judge in St. Louis could rule on a lawsuit between some local authors and the Disney Corporation over the rights to the term "Santa Paws," a story about Santa's dog.
The authors claim to have written the original story in the 1990s.
Santa has shown up to participate in a vigil ahead of the ruling.
