I-70 accident involving Metro bus

St. Louis County, MO (KSDK) - Bridgeton police were called to the scene of a crash involving a bus and two vehicles on Interstate 70 Wednesday afternoon.

The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-70 between N. Lindbergh Boulevard and Cypress Road.

No serious injuries were reported, but nine people were taken to the hospital as a precaution: five bus passengers and two people from each vehicle.

Traffic was slow going until the scene was cleared around 3:30 p.m.
