South St. Louis (KSDK) - A man who was shot after arguing over a concrete barrier in a south city neighborhood, drove himself to the hospital late Monday for emergency treatment of a bullet wound to the leg.
The shooting was the result of a dispute over one neighbor moving the barrier against the wishes of a second neighbor on Tennessee Place in south St. Louis according to police.
Not long after the quarrel, the unidentified 33 year old victim was approached by another man wearing a ski mask who pulled out a gun and fired once at the victim before fleeing.
It's unclear what the barricade was being used for in the area and police are continuing to investigate the episode.
