Maryland Heights, MO (KSDK) - Authorities in Maryland Heights are asking motorists to avoid the area of northbound I-270 just south of the I-70 ramp because they are working a fatal crash.
Sgt. Al Nothum with the the Missouri State Highway Patrol says there are approximately four vehicles involved. Troopers will be on scene for a while investigating the crash.
The lanes on I-270 reopened to traffic around 2:15 p.m.
