St. Louis, MO (KSDK) -- A bomb threat caused some headache at a local company Wednesday, Town & Country Police say.
The incident occured at Charter Communications, right near the intersection of Manchester Rd and 270 around 10:15 a.m.
Police say someone used a marker and wrote "BOMB" on the refrigerator door in an employee break room.
The building was evacuated until St. Louis County Bomb & Arson determined there to be no explosive devices present and gave the building the all clear around 12:40 p.m.
Police say an incident like this is a felony violation of the Missouri statute, Making a Terrorist Threat, and a violator could face up to seven years in prison.
The investigation is ongoing.
