Madison, WI (WKOW/CNN) - A Wisconsin mother accused of stabbing her six-year-old daughter will stand trial.
Tasha Harmon, 30, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Harmon is charged with first degree intentional homicide.
Authorities say she stabbed her daughter multiple times in the chest and back earlier this month, then stabbed herself.
Harmon told authorities she heard voices in her head telling her to kill the girl while she slept.
The girl was released from the hospital and is in the custody of child protective services.
