ATF shooting case: Lorenzo Tate, Arlando Quarles and Damitrius Creighton charged with murder

St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office charged two teens and an adult with murder after they were arrested following an altercation with ATF agents in which a fourth suspect was shot and killed.

Myron Pollard, 18, was pronounced dead shortly after 2 a.m. on Thursday after being shot the day before. The shooting occurred around 11:20 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of S. Grand Boulevard and Iron Street on the border of the Holly Hills and Carondelet neighborhoods.

Pollard's three friends were charged with murder for his death, according to Schron Jackson, spokeswoman for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.

The suspects have been identified as: 17-year-old Lorenzo Tate, 22-year-old Arlando Quarles, and 17-year-old Damitrius Creighton. All three were charged with second-degree murder. Tate and Quarles were also charged with first-degree attempted robbery. Creighton was also charged with second-degree assault. Their bonds were each set at $100,000 cash-only.
