(KSDK) -- A vigil was held Saturday night for Terrence Vann in St. Louis' Dutchtown neighborhood. The 19-year-old was killed Wednesday night near the intersection of Keokuk and Iowa in south St. Louis.

Vann was a student at St. Louis Community College. Vann's sister Laterria described her brother as smart and talented, saying he had a bright future.

St. Louis Police have a person in custody for Vann's murder. However, charges have not yet been filed.
