St. Charles, MO (KSDK) - One of three people charged in what was described as one of the worst child sexual abuse cases in St. Charles County is scheduled for arraignment today.
25 year old Billy Joe Bunch of the O'Fallon area is facing three counts of statutory sodomy and one felony charge of sexual misconduct involving a five year old girl.
Bunch is accused of forcing the child to perform sex acts on him earlier this year.
Authorities say Bunch was a friend to the other two people accused in the case. 30 year old Rebecca Russell and her boyfriend, 27 year old John Scott Thomas are both charged with raping three little girls, including Russell's seven month old infant daughter.
Investigators say the crimes took place at the Tee Kay Mobile Home Manor in rural St. Charles County, where Russell and Thomas often babysat for other people living in the park.
Officials say along with violating her own baby girl. Russell was the godmother of the three and five year old victims involved in the case.
