Webster Groves, MO (KSDK) - The Missouri Department of Transportation reopened the westbound Interstate 44 entrance ramp at S. Elm Avenue on Wednesday.

According to MoDOT spokesman Jack Wang, crews had closed the entrance ramp while they replaced a deteriorating retaining wall.

Some work still needs to be done between now and the middle of October. In those instances, the right lane on westbound I-44 will be closed during off peak daytime hours.
