Volusia County, FL (WFTV/CNN) - A Florida teen landed himself behind bars for calling 911.
He told dispatch he was calling because he had an odd dream, and all of it was coming true.
Mark Welch, explained to the 911 dispatcher he was trying to prove a point to his parents, who refused to believe him.
A deputy was dispatched to the teen's home in Volusia County, who determined Welch was confused, allegedly from smoking synthetic marijuana, known as K-2.
The deputy warned the teen not to call 911 again unless it was an emergency.
The boy's parents even tried to hide the phone from him, but Welch snuck to a neighbor's house and called again.
He was arrested for misuse of the 911 system, a first-degree misdemeanor.
There's no word on what he dreamt.
