St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - Next month, U.S. Senate candidates Claire McCaskill (D) and Todd Akin (R) will square off in a live debate here on NewsChannel 5.

KSDK, the St. Louis Business Journal and KWMU - St. Louis Public Radio will host the debate, sponsored by the Clayton Chamber of Commerce.

The debate will take place on Thursday, October 18 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Clayton High School.

Information about tickets will be released at a later date.
