St. Charles County (KSDK) - A fire Friday morning damaged three units in Sandalwood Creek Apartments on San Miguel, near Interstate 70 and Zumbehl Road.
Central County Fire officials say the fire broke out about 11:20 a.m.
Three of the 16 units in the building were heavily damaged. Others sustained lesser damage caused by smoke or water.
No one was injured.
Eight residents will be displaced; eight others will likely be allowed to return Friday night.
Investigators have not yet determined a cause.
