St. Louis, MO (KSDK)-- Seven people were victims of shootings this weekend all in about 12 hours. Two of the shootings, St. Louis Metro police say happened at the same time, just a few blocks apart.

Police say on Saturday around 2:20 pm, at the 5200 block of Oriole four people were shot from a car driving by. According to police there were four males ages 22, 19, 17 and 13 involved. They were standing outside when the driver or passengers of a dark colored Pontiac drove by shooting at them.

The 13 year old was shot in the chest and was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Also around 2:20pm at the intersection of Harney and Davison, which is just about 8 blocks away from the Oriole address, police say a man was trying to get out of his car when he was shot in the back and in the arm.

That victim is in stable condition.

Around 8pm Saturday at the 3400 block of Itaska a 17 year old boy was shot, police say it happened in an alleyway. The victim was walking and the gunman approached stole $30 and the victim's cell phone and then shot him.

Police say the shooting happened as the victim was walking away. The gunman shot the 17 year old in the leg, he's now recovering.

Finally at 2:20 Sunday morning in downtown St. Louis at the intersection of 7th and Cole a 21 year old man is shot.

A man with a gun approaches the victim in his car, the victim puts his car in reverse slamming into a light pole and the bullet goes in the Edward Jones Dome.

Now a piece of plywood covers the shattered window and the light pole is gone.

"We were real surprised when you told us that there was one here by the dome," says Gaylnn Schoenberger.
They say they still feel safe living downtown and no matter where you go, it seems you can't get away from the growing violence in St. Louis.

"Anywhere you are going to live today we are living in critical times hard to deal with," says Joe Schoenberger.

So for no arrests have been made yet in any of these shootings.
