St. Clair County, IL (KSDK) - Several Red Line MetroLink passengers in Illinois will have to take MetroBuses from 8 p.m. until the end of service from Sept. 24-27 and Sept 30.

The St. Clair County Transit District MetroLink eastbound and westbound trains between the College and Shiloh-Scott Stations will be affected. The change is due to ongoing MetroLink track work in Illinois.

Westbound passengers should expect 20 - 25 minute delays. Eastbound passengers should expect 5 -10 minute delays.

Those traveling between the Shiloh-Scott and College stations on the Red Line can expect to board MetroLink trains for the remainder of the trip after being temporarily transported by bus.
MetroLink's Blue Line service will not be impacted.
