Cincinnati, OH (WKRC/CNN) - A teenager who was kidnapped in Alabama was found Saturday in this apartment complex in Cincinnati.

The victim's stepfather, Charles "Dean" Partin, and her mother, Julie Bethke, were arrested. Neither had custody of the kidnapped girl.

Partin and Bethke were going to lose custody of the six children in their care, according to officials.

One of those children was a son Partin has with Christina Covert.

"A detective contacted me and then an FBI agent contacted me and let me know what was going on and so I kept my ears and eyes open to know where he was at and when he showed up here that's when I contacted them," said Christina Covert.

Partin was arrested and charged with kidnapping.

Bethke was charged with interfering with the custody of a minor.
