O'Fallon, Ill (KSDK) -- O'Fallon, Illinois water service will be interrupted Tuesday morning.
The city posted a notice on its website that crews will repair a water main at Red Hawk Ridge and Milburn School Road at 8 a.m.
Repairs are estimated to take six hours to complete. Then, water service will be restored, but customers will be under a boil order until further notice.
All water used for drinking or cooking should be boiled for at least five minutes until the order is lifted.
