Troy, MO (KSDK) - A 30-year-old Moscow Mills, Missouri man was sentenced Turesday for assaulting a woman and her 14-year-old daughter.

David Knudsen was sentenced to 15 years in prison for first-degree assault, and 15 years in prison for second-degree domestic assault.

According to Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney Leah Askey, Kundsen assaulted his girlfriend and threatened to kill her 14-year-old daughter at knife point on December 31, 2010.

Knudsen previously pleaded guilty to the charges.
