St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - The St. Louis Cardinals are encouraging fans to show their team pride while contributing to kids in need.
Rally Everyone Day (RED) for Kids, is the Cardinals' version of a dress down day. Participating schools, businesses, and organizations, will allow fans to wear Cardinals apparel for one day, in exchange for a donation to Cardinals Care.
In 2011, Cardinals Care raised around $15,000 through RED for Kids.
Fans are encouraged to share RED photos via the team's website by using #RED4Kids.

In 15 years, Cardinals Care has invested around $18 million in helping children. Money raised has contributed to over 800 non-profit youth organizations, and construction of 19 youth baseball fields in disadvantaged neighborhoods around the area.
